Using the service
You may use yapy.app for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass its security, misuse another person's account, or use the service in a way that harms others.
Conversation prompts
Some prompts may be personal or sensitive. Participation is voluntary: skip any prompt, respect the boundaries and consent of everyone involved, and stop if a conversation becomes uncomfortable. yapy.app is not medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice.
Accounts and purchases
If account or paid features are available, you are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. Prices and what a purchase includes are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update features, card decks, pricing, or these terms. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
Intellectual property
The yapy.app name, design, software, and original card content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.
Disclaimer and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
